According to @pjackson28 (via #137 (comment)) and some research I did, it would seem that the OGPL initiative no longer exists. As a result, is there any chance support for this theme could be officially dropped after v4.0.27 is released?

The OGPL theme could potentially continue to exist just as an example of a WET theme, but IMO it isn't worth the effort to maintain. WET already has 5 other themes that are more relevant and up-to-date. Plus AFAIK, no implementations of the OGPL theme exist outside of GitHub. The only GitHub site that seems to implement it is https://ogpl.github.io/ and hasn't been updated in over 2+ years.

👍 I think archiving makes sense

FYI I don't intend to send any future PRs to this theme. Won't replicate any future CSS/HTML/JS changes I contribute to WET's other themes into this one.

Only exception might be if the OGPL theme's build system breaks due to something like wet-boew/wet-boew#8253 (if the theme still hasn't been formally dropped/archived by then).
