According to @pjackson28 (via #137 (comment)) and some research I did, it would seem that the OGPL initiative no longer exists. As a result, is there any chance support for this theme could be officially dropped after v4.0.27 is released?
The OGPL theme could potentially continue to exist just as an example of a WET theme, but IMO it isn't worth the effort to maintain. WET already has 5 other themes that are more relevant and up-to-date. Plus AFAIK, no implementations of the OGPL theme exist outside of GitHub. The only GitHub site that seems to implement it is https://ogpl.github.io/ and hasn't been updated in over 2+ years.
Linked to from http://ogpl.github.io/index-en.html, but doesn't look like an official site for the OGPL. Its site title is "Open Government Platform"... but just about everything else on it looks very suspect. Its articles look very questionable (doesn't look like they were sourced from government data). Not to mention its right panel and footer seem to contain ads for stone monuments. Might be a case of domain squatting.
FYI I don't intend to send any future PRs to this theme. Won't replicate any future CSS/HTML/JS changes I contribute to WET's other themes into this one.
Only exception might be if the OGPL theme's build system breaks due to something like wet-boew/wet-boew#8253 (if the theme still hasn't been formally dropped/archived by then).
