Currently there's ActivateLastTab to bind a key to jump back to the last tab.

There should be an ActivateLastPane to jump back to the last pane.

No need to think about direction with ActivatePaneDirection or another keystroke with PaneSelect.
Just a simple way to bind a single key to last pane.
