Plugin allows the administrator to choose groups of users on whose messages other users are forbidden to use certain reactions.
After installing the plugin, the administrator can select groups of users on whose messages certain reactions are prohibited to other users. For example, the administrator can prohibit users from using the "Clown" reaction on messages from users in the "Moderator" group.
