三方库使用安卓原生URLConnection上传文件时，一直等待上传。没有进度，关闭网络监控就可以正常上传。
安卓 9.0
target_sdk 28
pandora-androidx_v2.0.6

向又滑动，在设置界面可以关闭URLConnection监控
