"Updating the image data" algorithm does not set image's last selected source in responsive mode #5060

When there is no srcset or picture parent, the last selected source is set in step 5 of https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/images.html#updating-the-image-data. After that, it is only set during step 15.2 of https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/images.html#reacting-to-environment-changes, which is a separate algorithm. This seems like an oversight.
