These were never implemented in IE and Opera, and only in quirks mode in Firefox. They were recently removed from Chrome (https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=277080). Fixes https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=23039.

Careful review appreciated to make sure I found everywhere these were relevant.
Also, I guess Safari still implements this, which is sad. We have a similar situation with showModalDialog.
