Updated the checker and pushed to https://validator.w3.org/nu/ and https://checker.html5.org/

(By the way, the behavior of https://validator.w3.org/nu/ is now identical to https://checker.html5.org/ in that the previous conditional logic that https://validator.w3.org/nu/ followed for cases where the W3C spec fork conflicted was all removed in validator/validator@fadbfed.)
