Remove UA style for h2-h5 in hgroup #7886

This was introduced in f729a76 but was not implemented in browsers.

Part of #7867.

  • At least two implementers are interested (and none opposed):
    • The change matches current WebKit, Chromium, Gecko.
  • Tests are written and can be reviewed and commented upon at:
  • Implementation bugs are filed:
    • Chrome: N/A
    • Firefox: N/A
    • Safari: N/A
    • Deno (only for timers, structured clone, base64 utils, channel messaging, module resolution, web workers, and web storage): N/A
    • Node.js (only for timers, structured clone, base64 utils, channel messaging, and module resolution): N/A
