Per https://drafts.csswg.org/mediaqueries-4/#media-types this is the correct CSS media type for screenreaders. Fixes https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=23610.

I figured all non-normative changes would be editorial. Happy to use a different prefix in the future. |
