Change from

Chen2021EnhancedPE pages 8-8: MLH1dn improved PE2 editing efficiency by forming catalytically impaired MutLa complexes with PMS2 or by saturating the binding of MSH2. MLH1dn improved prime editing in a dose-dependent manner and did not increase editing in MMR-deficient cells. MLH1dn expressed in trans with PE2 provided the greatest average enhancement in PE2 editing efficiency in HEK293T cells.

Based on Peter J. Chen, Jeffrey A. Hussmann, Jun Yan, Friederike Knipping, Purnima Ravisankar, Pin-Fang Chen, Cidi Chen, James W. Nelson, Gregory A. Newby, M. Sahin, Mark J. Osborn, J. Weissman, Britt Adamson, and David R. Liu. Enhanced prime editing systems by manipulating cellular determinants of editing outcomes. Cell, 184:5635 - 5652.e29, 2021.
