The Tile Sampling Annotation Tool is a markup application used in conjunction with hdf5 files to mark and count Biondi bodies and other inclusions.

- clone the github repository in your local system
git clone https://github.com/whuang37/tile_sampling.git
- move into the tile_sampling repository with
cd tile_sampling
- install all the libraries mentioned in requirements.txt using
pip install -r requirements.txt
- run the main python file
python app.py
