2. Tile Sampling Annotation

The Tile Sampling Annotation Tool is a markup application used in conjunction with hdf5 files to mark and count Biondi bodies and other inclusions.

• Conversion to coordinates of the whole slide

2.1. Installation

• clone the github repository in your local system git clone https://github.com/whuang37/tile_sampling.git
• move into the tile_sampling repository with cd tile_sampling
• install all the libraries mentioned in requirements.txt using pip install -r requirements.txt
• run the main python file python app.py
