DOI Creation

Changed package install paths and fixed a bug. This release serves the purpose of giving the package a DOI on Zenodo and enabling automatic archiving.

First public release

Setup and data retrieval tested with MSSQL Server 2014 on Windows 2007
Setup only tested on Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
