dump1090 fa to readsb binary swap

• In place replacement of the dump1090-fa binary.
• This is somewhat hacky and might not work in the future.
• Any new dump1090-fa versions will overwrite this change, if you wish to keep this, just run this again after the dump1090-fa update.

Revert

If you have any issues or just want to go back to dump1090-fa:

sudo apt install --reinstall dump1090-fa
