Minor fixes

Added theoretical support for _NET_WM_ICON support.
Notifications now have both title and description.
Icons background is now fully transparent (I recommend using a white background notification style).

Actual release with the files, as opposed to the previous 1.4

Real release, with some improved window handling, factored out code.

In memory conversion

Image conversion is now done in memory, colour lookup still broken.

Improve memory management

New release with
• modern memory management: std::strings and Arc
• fixed the default icon to use xquartz as the X11 binary (and icon are not there anymore).
• minor cleanups.
• first try at building a package, should make installation easier.
