Add Nyoro (nyo) and Tooro (ttj) (#326)

Requested at https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Support&oldid=12164143 Autonyms at Ethnologue are without the o- prefix, but the requester asked for names with it. While I cannot point to a particular source, the names with the prefix appear a lot in web searches, so I respect the request.
