Node 4 is EOL. Also, add Node 10 to the build matrix.
> grunt 1.0.2 → 1.0.3 > grunt-contrib-watch 1.0.0 → 1.1.0 > grunt-eslint 18.0.0 → 21.0.0 > grunt-jsonlint 1.0.8 → 1.1.0 ESLint has a newer version, but not adopting yet as it also drops support for Node 4.
