Citoid will soon start using the new Zotero translation server, which does not allow exporting references in bibtex. Therefore, remove it from the public API as a possible format. Bug: T201618

We've found out that bibtex is a lot of requests https://grafana.wikimedia.org/dashboard/db/service-citoid?panelId=8&fullscreen&orgId=1 sooooo... maybe we should not get rid of it? |

@Pchelolo this was all due to service-checked. I removed the x-ample that requested bibtex and all requests for it went away. Nevertheless, it seems that zotero v2 will implement it back soon-ish, so let's keep this PR open but not merge it yet. |

Bibtex support has been added to the new translation server, so it's safe to close this. |
