Reverts #1057
The original one was reverted due to T194190, but #1059 should take care of the loop.
I want to make another attempt to deploy this in beta and try creating a re-render loop again since I know exactly the process. If the loop doesn't form (which it shouldn't) we can state that the looping issue is resolved.
