Staff Online shows empty box if the rank doesn't have specified image. Should check if it has and if not don't draw anything.
There is a typo in Private messages when logged out, a redundant " after register.
If no staff is online it says "nothing to show", I think it should be rather something like "There is currently no staff online." as the Who's Online box has.

I'd attach the fixes as they're really simple but I still don't have idea how to do it.
