It took a long time to get #464 merged and its content is not date-sensitive, so redate it so it's not lost in the post history and appears on top.
Today is Nov 10; I picked Nov 14 so the current posts on top remain there for a bit.
This should be merged on the 14th or later so jekyll treats the post as publishable and publishes it after the merge.
