FTDI RTS signal should go through a capacitor #6

Currently, it's hooked straight to the AVR's reset line, which pulls the AVR into a reset loop whenever a USB serial connection is open.

Workaround is to cut the trace and place a 0.1 uF capacitor over the cut.

Fix circuit for 1.1
