Nested Parameters do not work using Odoo-Pentaho connector also NULL values are not pass

Hello,
I am facing issue with odoo 10c - pentaho connector provided by your good self,

1 - Reports works fine with nested parameters in pentaho but do not work in odoo 10c
Example: First parameter is Countries List and second nested parameter is Cities against selected country.

2 - More over, NULL values do not pass properly from odoo to pentaho.
Example: I want to run detailed sale report country wise. If put Country parameter then it should show only sales of specified country and when parameter empty then it must show all countries with its sales.
this works fine in pentaho but not when report run through odoo.
