[BUG] Triple quotations highlighted inconsistently

Describe the bug

Triple-quotes (""") get rendered as open-and-closed quotes with one extra quote after if there is no text on the same line.

To reproduce:

from rich import print

print('my_function(argument="""\ntest\n""")')

Rich's highlighters are rather simple regex based, and don't really parse the code. Which means its unlikely to work for more than basic repr output.

If you want to highlight code, have a look at the Syntax class, which will understand triple quotes.
