Quantal debian build fails due to parse error in BOOST #1

The quantal debain build is currently failing, holding up EOL groovy builds. See here

The parser error is due to a Qt/Boost conflice (see here for more information. Several other packages have had this issue (see example ).

Downloading the latest ROS packages and building on Quantal does not exhibit the problem. It must be something to do with changes made only on shadow-fixed/build servers.

Tried to utilize debians from shadow-fixed (I think I did this correctly), but the problem still doesn't occur.

Verified the Boost version is 1.49 and Qt 4.

Upstream changes here could be the cause of the problem.
