Inconsistent error message for deletion

There are inconsistent error messages for deletion, as even though 0 and 3 are both invalid indices, delete 0 and delete 3 yield two different error messages.

Thank you for reporting this bug.

The error for delete 0 is invalid command format because INDEX must be a positive integer based on our UG:

In the other case, the command delete 3 points to an non-exisiting person in the app. Therefore, the error messages are different.
