Unable to open Remote Folder when <folders_path> used #16
Comments
I think I fixed this. I removed the git repository and recreated it again. Now I can open on both sides. |
If it is really fixed, please close this issue. |
No it still doesn't work. |
Weird, the code seems fine. |
@hbons Yes I have. It works perfectly fine if I don't change the default Sparkleshare folder, but when I add eg.<folders_path>C:\Users\rendered\SparkleShare</folders_path> it just defaults to the user home dir on any of my remote folders. |
@rendered, I'm closing this issue, if it is not fully fixed, please reopen. |
Thanks guys :) I will test it out. |

If you specify a specific folder for Sparkleshare to opeate in by adding:
<folders_path>C:\Users\rendered\Documents\SparkleShare</folders_path>
into the config.xml. Then you right click on the Sparkleshare ICON and try to select the remote folders - this should open the folder location. This fails and opens C:/users/username instead.
