Overview
This is a PortableApps installer for the windows client. It allows the installation of the client to a usb drive /portable hard drive.

  • Consintent with the portableapps platform, allowing integrated backup/restore of your data files
  • Initial configuration of your sparkleshare home and folders to the portableapp's data folder
  • Changes in build.cmd script to create portableapp installer

Prerequisites

  • A usb drive/portable hard drive with PortableApps platform installed.

How to build

  • Install PortableApps.com Installer on your PortableApps drive
  • Open build.cmd in C:\SparkleShare\SparkleShare\Windows\build.cmd
  • Provide the right portable apps installer folder path
  • run build portable

The portable installer will be created in C:\SparkleShare

can you create this pullrequest for serras/SparkleShare (the gettext-cs branch)?
All new development for the windows version is done there.

meanwhile it can directly go into hbons/SparkleShare

I thing it would be post the pull request to the active windows client branch, as it could easily be updated as the clinet get's developed. Is this serras/SparkleShare (gettext-cs branch) ?

See 32a696e, the branch from serras has been merged into hbons master branch
