Flameshot packaging has an issue

on version 0.3.4
with flameshot installed:

Expected behavior

after deb-get upgrade installs latest version of flameshot it is recognised as up-to-date

Actual behavior

update continually shows

  [+] flameshot (12.1.0-1) has an update pending. 12.1.0-1.ubuntu-22.04.amd64.deb is available.

and upgrade installs the "new" version
