Issue description

We'd like a setting to change the default IP address used for creation of HTTPS bindings in IIS. As of now we have to open IIS and manually change the IP addresses from *.

We've tried to use the --sslipaddress flag but it didn't have any effect. I suspect it may only work in unattended mode?

Steps to reproduce

  1. N
  2. 2
  3. Some site ID
  4. And so on...

Client version: 2.0.1.183
Windows version: Windows Server 2012 R2

Thanks for pointing that out, it's been fixed in the latest release!
