Supermium 122.0.6261.85 changelog missed to mention the fix for the "Modern file picker dialog on Windows XPSP3" #245 A nice fix! Also I do find the memory consumption to be lower on my XPSP3 32bit host in Supermium122.0.6261.85 compared to the older "Supermium 121.0.6167.81". Overall I do perceive the new version to be better than the old. |

Hi! I installed Supermium 122.0.6261.85 on my Pentium 4 Medion XP 512Mb machine and it failed to run. The log said that it required a later operating system? |

I am not able to change the language in Windows XP. It is now a language that I don't know. I am sure that I have set the language. It shows up new language setting will be applied after restarting Supermium, but it did nothing after I restart Supermium. |

There is another XP computer won't start Supermium. In the debug.txt, it states "The specified program requires a later version.". [0308/174241.941:ERROR:crashpad_client_win.cc(476)] InitializeProcThreadAttributeList (size): 所指定的程式需要較新版的 Windows。 (0x47E) |

My XP machine only has 512Mb Ram and won't run it. I think they were normally 128Mb for new machines, my P4 Medion is a super duper gaming machine. So the RAM requirements may be a problem unless a way can be found to scale the memory usage. |

I want to thank you for providing a browser that supports Windows 7. Is there a way to support your Supermium to keep it going? This is outstanding! I now know that browsers can choose to support older versions of operating systems, they just choose not to. |

Here are the following changes in this release:
-Renderer stabilization on Windows 7
-A new XP-compatible installer. The installer can optionally create shortcuts and install the Noto Emoji font for emojis to appear on
older operating systems
-Change in base of chrome.dll on 32 bit Windows to ensure reduced memory usage
-Stabilization of tasks such as 8K video viewing and large downloads from MEGA in 64 bit Supermium
-Improvements in GDI rendering on web pages
-Native tooltips are restored (optional on Windows 8 and above, using --legacy-tooltips-win). This will eliminate issues with the tooltips being hidden behind the window
-Several new flags from ungoogled-chromium:
--max-connections-per-host
--show-avatar-button
--popups-to-tabs
--disable-search-engine-collection
--custom-ntp is updated to feature the bookmark bar by default. The flag --bookmark-bar-ntp can toggle this functionality if the user wishes for it to be disabled.
A new flag to disable the PWA install icon prompt which appears in the address bar on certain web pages:
--disable-pwa-install-prompt
