Crash on chrome://system in XP #228

Supermium immediately crashes after any try to open chrome://system page. No error message shown.

Supermium 121 (both: first release and hotfix) + Windows XP SP2 x64.
Also I read about the same problems in XP SP3 x86.

I just tested and found that the crash was caused by missing delay load function PowerDeterminePlatformRole, which is used to check if the system is a tablet. This function will be added.
