I've updated the section in the CLI about optimizing performance, along with correcting a couple of minor issues found along the way.

Could you examine the changes and see if this appears good to you? In addition, please confirm the list of locations where files can be included, as
~/.rhamt/ignore/was a guess based on the rule naming convention.
