autoreconf -vif fails complaining about build-aux/config.rpath not existing #1

Everything after that works with my GUILE=/bin/guile-2.2 hack. It may have to do with which versions of autotools I'm using:

Thanks for the note! I ran into this too and I think it's "just" an autotools bug, in that it wants config.rpath but doesn't actually need it. I solved it in the same way and it probably took me just as long :/

To prevent this happening to anyone else I added an empty config.rpath to the repo. Tx again for the report :)
