Changes

• Added MEGA as an upload source for any ZIP archives that are over 8MB. If the archive is less than 8MB, the bot will still upload through Discord.
• Moved the opus API from opusscript to node-opus for hopefully better recording performance.
• Revised the Discord logging system slightly for more consistency.
• Added a changelog command to view the latest release's changelog.
• Added a version indicator in the playing section of the Discord sidebar.

Fixes

• Fixed multiple audio streams not aligning together and staying in sync.
