[Andriod new client] Video call resolution is unbearable on Samsung A33

Hi 👋,

Since the corresponding repo has no issues section, I try my luck here.
On Sa,sung Galaxy A33, the resolution of the video in call is unbearably low both in space and time. It looks like 90s tech and gives 1 frame a second, sometimes less.
