Update: fixed by reverting #33 for now. Will leave open but feel free to close once these have been tackled in the new Tailwind prep branch

Just realized this issue wasn't actually part of the tailwind update, it's still an issue with #33 reverted and fixed

Just opened #2764 on astro to track, it looks like this is a corner case in static build related to how our blog posts are loaded
