Adds support for Astro.clientAddress

Changes

• Adds support for Astro.clientAddress as a way to get the remote IP address of the user making the request. Because there is no standard way to get this information it has to be provided by adapters.
• Each adapter is updated to support providing this to core rendering throw a symbol on the request object.
• The implementation is as a getter that throws if the symbol is not provided. This means it will throw if you try to access the property with an adapter that does not support it, or in SSG mode.
• Closes 🐛 BUG: impossible to get remote client IP address from incoming Astro.request #3708

Testing

• Tests added for dev and production.
• Tests added to ensure we throw in SSG mode.
