When removing duplicate CSS, also remove from metadata

Changes

• Closes Dynamically imported CSS fails in production build (React, CSS Modules) #4613
• We remove duplicate CSS bundles. This caused a regression where Vite would try to preload that CSS in the client. Removing the metadata prevents it from preloading it, essentially erasing its existence.
