Changes
Rename everything from overlay to toolbar and plugins to apps, normally nothing breaking. There's some internal elements renamed, but 1. apps shouldn't be relying on those names and 2. I checked every apps I could find on GitHub and they didn't seem to rely on it.

Tests should pass!
Docs
N/A, docs already use the proper terms everywhere
