Expiry time for instance id

Hi,

I want to use the WIX API (v2) to create orders, access orders etc. To do every time i need to put put the instance id or is there any expiry time for instance id or any way to dynamically generate them or any other ways to create order in wix api(v2).

Can you please tell me how to do it.
