Yet another rephrase of #2035 (and #2011) - which aim at fixing #2106, which combines the same technique of emulators safe-booting, but this time, it's alongside a dedicated
adbserver allocated per each instance, in a dedicated port. That latter effectively makes it a PoC so as to see whether this helps deal with the consequent adb-jam bug.
