This is not working with the android project that generated by the Expo #24

The ios is working fine but not the android.
I'm using Expo for creating the react-native app by using $ exp detach
The getWindow() return null

@artald any idea why getWindow() returns null? Looks like it comes from AppContextHolder, where sCurrentActivity appears to be null. This looks like the same issue: #20

I don't know Java very well, but I read through some android docs and wasn't able to find any clues.
