Bumps kotlin version from 1.3.61 to 1.4.31 and uses the multithreaded build variant. See Kotlin/kotlinx.coroutines#462 for more details about mt.
This also removes the kotlinx-coroutines-core package, as that is included in the kotlinx-coroutines-android one.
Maybe this is a good time to also bump other versions in build.gradle such as
com.android.tools.build:gradle? This is currently at3.5.3, and latest is4.1.2.
