Unit testing documentation needs to be updated

The wixtests.sln is in the test\src folder not the test folder.

The nant reference is probably invalid.

The batch file has many more parameters and options than outlined.

I couldn't get the batch tests to succeed as it errored out with: Assert.Fail failed. Runtime tests are not enabled on this test environment. To enable Runtime tests set the environment variable 'RuntimeTestsEnabled'=true or run the tests under a debugger.

Setting the environment variable had no effect.
