Add support for WiX patch files (.wixmsp) to wix2010.targets and Votive

Can we get support for generating WiX patch transforms in WiX (Product containing Patch element)? .wixproj does not support .wixmst output type, so I have to resort to including hacked wix2010.targets file in my patch project. See included file for required changes.

Dunno what would have to be changed in Votive to support this.
