Describe the problem and the steps to reproduce it.

SoftwareIdentificationTag does not have the typical Wix4 prefix we decided on for custom tables from extensions.

Describe the behavior you expected and how it differed from the actual behavior.

SoftwareIdentificationTag should be prefixed; even though it doesn't exist in WiX v3, the prefix keeps compatibility for v5 and forward, should the schema change.
