Control output for Harvest Tasks in Wix V4

• Describe the scenario and benefits that the feature supports.

When adding a HarvestDirectory/File/Project task using the Wix V4 Heat extension, it'd be beneficial to be able to control the output path of the resulting WXS.

Using XSL to transform the HEAT output, it is beneficial to be able to review the final output before releasing the produced installer.

Our XSL also adds a reference to a variables.wxi file to copy variables into the harvest output, but since the output location is under the /obj/ folder, the linker cannot resolve the reference to Variables.wxi
