REST Client Tool Not being Displayed on Intellij #66

I have installed REST client tool on Intellij and restarted the software. But it is not being displayed anywhere. I have navigated to Tools. But I don't see any option for testing a RESTful web service. When navigate through View> Tool Windows> REST Client, a blank windows is opened. How can I fix this issue?

I have encountered the same problem
My solution is : Click Tools → Test Restful Web Service, then REST Client will be displayed in tool window
This feature is only supported in the Ultimate edition
