Links in PDF don't work in Os x Preview application

Hi,

I would like to report a bug for wkhtmltopdf.

It seems links created in PDF-files don't work in the default Os X preview application. The links affected are the links present in the table of content, as well as the back links.

The links work fine in a default PDF reader. Other PDF-files containing hyperlinks do work in Os X Preview.

I'm using the latest version on Os X 10.14x, but I'm having the same issue with PDF-files generated on Windows.

Can this be fixed?
