You can place the map on your website not only as an image but also as a "moving map". It can be simply inserted into your own website via the application interface offered for free (API Maps).
The map base is protected by copyright. Therefore, its handling is restricted. Its further use is possible as follows:
A. Screenshot (screen capture) - may be used for personal and commercial purposes for the map bases Basic, Touristic, Winter and Geographical Maps and current Air Maps on the territory of the Czech Republic. Moreover, it may be used for further publications within the scope of your own documents, printed leaflets, etc. in the form of paper copies and electronic documents (e.g. PDF). Supplementing your own information (e.g., additional specifications) is permitted. Seznam.cz, however, does not guarantee the suitability of the technical quality of the base for this use.
A condition for the publication is to indicate sources in the form of the Mapy.cz logo (onas.seznam.cz/cz/ke-stazeni/loga/), in the case of limited space in the description: Source: "Mapy.cz". The copyright of the copyright holder based on the selected map base must be stated (upheld). The relevant copyright for the individual maps is listed below.
The Screenshot may also be distributed (i.e. in addition to the conditions already described) under the Creative Commons 4.0 license (CC-BY-SA 4.0) by indicating authors and sources and distributing them under the same license.
B. Mapy API (api.mapy.cz) - use of the map base on www pages for non-commercial and commercial purposes, compliance with license conditions is required - contractual arrangement for the service of MAPY API.
